View and manage orders

Every ticket purchase creates an order. The orders view lets you look up individual purchases, see buyer details, and understand what was sold.

Finding an order

From your event, click Orders in the sidebar. You can scroll through all orders or search by buyer name or email.

Each order shows:

  • Buyer name and email
  • Tickets purchased (type and quantity)
  • Any add-ons
  • Order total
  • Purchase date

Order details

Click on any order to see the full breakdown, including individual ticket codes and check-in status for each ticket.

Cancelled and refunded orders

Orders remain in the list even after cancellation or refund. The order status indicates whether tickets are active, cancelled, or refunded. This keeps a complete record for accounting purposes.

Stats overview

Your event Overview page shows a summary of total tickets sold, revenue, and check-in progress. For a deeper breakdown, use the Stats section of your organizer dashboard.
