Sell add-ons alongside tickets

Add-ons are optional extras that buyers can include in their order at checkout — merchandise, parking passes, a meal choice, a program, or anything else that accompanies the ticket.

Adding an add-on

  1. Go to Ticket types and scroll to the Add-ons section
  2. Click Add add-on
  3. Fill in:
    • Name — e.g. "Event T-shirt," "Parking pass," "VIP gift bag"
    • Description — optional details shown at checkout
    • Price — set to $0 for a free add-on
    • Quantity — limits how many can be sold; leave blank for unlimited

How buyers see add-ons

During checkout, after selecting their tickets, buyers are shown a list of available add-ons. Each appears with its name, description, and price. Buyers choose how many of each to include.

Managing add-on inventory

Add-on quantities are tracked independently of tickets. If you have a limited number of a particular item, set the quantity accordingly. Once sold out, the add-on stops appearing at checkout.

Reporting

Add-on purchases appear in your orders report alongside the tickets in each order.
