Find your ticket
After purchasing a ticket on Matter Tickets, your confirmation is sent by email. Here's how to find it.
Check your email
Look for an email from Matter Tickets with the subject line containing your event name and "Order confirmation." It should arrive within a few minutes of purchase.
Check your spam folder if you don't see it — confirmation emails sometimes end up there, especially if this is your first order.
Search your inbox
Search for "mattertickets" or the name of the event. This usually finds it quickly even if it's been buried.
Access your ticket directly
If you created a Matter Tickets account when you bought your ticket, you can log in and view all your tickets at mattertickets.com/tickets. Each ticket shows the event details and your QR code.
Didn't receive anything?
A few things to check:
- Typo in your email address — If you entered your email incorrectly at checkout, the confirmation went to the wrong address. Contact the event organizer directly to sort this out.
- Purchased without an account — If you checked out as a guest, the ticket only exists in the confirmation email. Search your inbox carefully.
